Reggie Hill is the Young Adults Pastor at Journey Church in Kenosha, WI. He was born and raised in Metro Detroit and has worked in Youth and Young Adult Ministries for over a decade. God has given him a deep compassion for young people and a heart to serve by leading them into a deeper relationship with God. He has a deep desire to see the Holy Spirit guide them and impact their lives forever. He also has a huge passion for young leaders and leadership development. At his core, there is a desire to encourage and inspire others around him. In his spare time, he enjoys watching movies, playing sports, reading, listening to podcasts, and spending time with people.
Ashley Spriggs
Las Vegas, NV
Ashley Spriggs is the Next Gen Pastor at Vida Church in Las Vegas and at City Church in Lancaster, California, where she teams up with her husband, Billy. For the last decade, she has used her voice to encourage youth + young adults to fully embrace and live out the identity + purpose God has for them. She is co-host of a TV Show called, The Firebrand Show, which aims to take young people deeper in their faith and ignite a passion to reach their worlds. Born and raised in Ohio, Ashley now lives in the Southwest with her husband and their 3 kids.
Jackson Sandefer
Dallas, TX
Jackson is from Cedar Hill and does life with his wife Christina Sandefer and their dog Zion. Jackson is believing and praying for a revival to be stirred in this generation in America. He desires to see youth pastors lead missional youth ministries and to see students start JESUS clubs and share their faith! He is a missionary to the schools of America. He believes in the power of God. He doesn’t just preach sermons, he wants students to have an Encounter with God. He wants to see students filled with His Spirit, set free, answer the call of God on their life and step into their purpose! He is fighting and believing to see revival in and through this generation.
Julia Blythe
Stephens City, VA
Julia Blythe is the Youth Pastor at Abundant Life Church in Stephens City, VA. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Southeastern University in 2018 and is pursuing her Master of Divinity at Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. Julia is passionate about preaching and reaching the lost, intending to raise the next generation of the church to have an on-fire faith rooted in the Word of God. Her communication style is uniquely engaging—funny, relevant, and always biblically based, drawing people in and making a lasting impact.
Residing in the Shenandoah Valley with her husband and their two dogs, Julia enjoys sipping coffee, road cycling, and learning new things. She believes every day is an opportunity for growth and inspiration, and she is excited to see how God will use her journey to touch the lives of those around her.
Eddie Nesby
Naperville, IL
Eddie Nesby is a dedicated Next Generation pastor with nearly 20 years of experience in youth ministry and leadership development. His life’s mission is to mentor and empower young people across the nation, challenging them to grow in their faith, influence culture, and trust in the power of the Holy Spirit. Eddie has served in various ministry roles, whether leading worship, engaging in creative arts, or encouraging leaders, all while infusing joy and humor into sharing God’s love. His greatest passion is connecting people to the life-changing love of Christ—whether through cooking, opening his home, or simply offering a hug.
Above all, Eddie treasures his role as a devoted husband to his wife Julie of 14 years and father to their three daughters, Zoey Anais, Talitha Joy, and Selah Noel. He currently serves as the Next Generation Pastor at New City Church in Naperville, IL.
Eddie Perkins
San Antonio, TX
Eddie Perkins is a passionate leader focused on empowering the next generation and strengthening the church’s role in urban community development. A proud graduate of Nelson University (formerly SAGU), he currently serves as the High School Youth Pastor at Westover Hills Church in San Antonio, Texas. Before this, Eddie was a Young Adult Pastor in Dallas, Texas, and he has dedicated the last six years to traveling worship ministry.
Outside of ministry, Eddie is a devoted family man. In his free time, you can often find him fishing, thrifting, or enjoying a cup of coffee at a local coffee shop.
